We had a crazy, wild and terrific time at our Village Ventures during the weekend of June 11th-13th. Students who had completed 3rd-6th grade were welcome to enjoy this weekend camp. We left at 3 Friday afternoon from our Plover campus and returned at 3 Sunday afternoon. We camped out at Riverside Bible Conference in Amherst. This year's theme was on worship.
Parents, our summer Sunday School has begun as of Sunday, June 6th for students who have completed our Jumpers, Runners and Kindergarten classes. For elementary students, there are two options to choose from. They are welcome to join their families in the worship services. Feel free to pick up a little something to help them through the services from our Town Hall kiosk for Summer Sunday School. Or sign up to help in the Preschool class on the clipboard at the kiosk. The Preschool teacher will call you when she is able to use their help. Enjoy these wonderful, warm months!
In The Village (Church Ministries for Children)
The Children's Ministries at Woodlands are known as Woodlands Village and we hope that every time your family visits the neighborhood that you are encouraged and challenged. We offer ministry opportunities at both the Plover and Rapids sites.
We have three main ministries that are a part of Woodlands Village. Those three ministries are Awana, Nursery and Sunday School. Along with these ministries we will occasionally mix in a variety of other events and ministries to support families.
